Course description

Before we can manage others we must be able to manage ourselves. This program equips  participants with the skills to manage their own work priorities, deal with team members and plan their own on-going development. From this platform they can then coach and guide the development of their staff.

Frontline managers, supervisors, team leaders, professional and technical staff. In particular anyone wishing to learn to lead as a manager and improve their own performance.
