“The course today has been brilliant. It’s allowed me to look at certain aspects of my behaviour in the workplace and analyse that. To look at some of my strengths, my perceived strengths, and my perceived weaknesses. It’s allowed me to look at areas that I wouldn’t naturally look at, so that’s been great.
I intend to go through the form (profile) again, once I have a printout, and highlight areas that I can build on and apply certain behaviours and ways of working in teams and groups and being able to delegate and take it forward from there.
